So you picked up some of our Barrel Aged Aromatic Bitters and you're wondering what kind of cocktail you should make. Thankfully, our friend Shandrea of Free Wild She came up with a perfect one. She's calling it the Toranja West. This libation features our Madeira Finished Single Malt, which we're quickly running out of. Stir over ice - 1 ½ oz Bull Run Madeira Finished Single Malt - 1 ½ oz fresh grapefruit juice - ¾ oz Lillet Blanc
Pour into ice-filled rocks glass and top with - 10-20 drops of Barrel Aged Aromatic Bitters - grapefruit sparkling water - garnish with grapefruit peel
