[Varies by batch] Predominantly Corn with a hint of malted barley. Age: 17 years. Finished in Oregon Pinot Noir Casks. (99% corn, 1% malted barley)
We take our oldest expression of whiskey (current batch 17 years) and rest it in former Oregon Pinot Noir barrels for up to one year. Expect a layered full whiskey with a dry tea-like spice finish.
