Pacific Spiced Rum

Spiced Rum infused with Cinnamon, Allspice, Vanilla Bean Cloves, and Star Anise then distilled a final time to lock in the flavor. Then barrel-aged in ex-bourbon barrels in 2015 and forgotten until now. Before bottling the rum was emptied from the barrels and infused with Orange peel for a fresh bright citrus component that would have dissipated if aged in the barrel. Not sweetened so the spices are kept forward in flavor.
