100% corn base spirit, caraway, coriander, star anise and Bull Run Water. Barrel aged approximately 6 months in well-seasoned Oregon Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir barrels.
Our Regnig Dag (that’s rainy day in Swedish) Aquavit is distilled using caraway, star anise, and coriander seed then aged in Oregon wine barrels for up to a year – just long enough to allow the spirit to mellow and pick up a beautiful golden hue.
