Master mixologist, Jon Davidson, is back at it again. On his recent appearance on KATU’s Afternoon Live he debuted some wine cocktails he cooked up. And with us being in the heart of our very own wine country, it’s the perfect opportunity to celebrate both wine and spirits. His CaBURNet features our ghost pepper infused Red Menace Vodka and Field Trip Cabernet Sauvignon. This is a spicy one, so if you’re not good with heat you can temper this cocktail with our regular Medoyeff Vodka. You can find the recipe below. 1 oz Medoyeff Red Menace Ghost Pepper Vodka
.75 oz ACCOMPANi Sweet Vermouth
2 oz Field Trip 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon
1 oz simple syrup
.25 oz Santa Cruz Organic Lime Juice
Shake and serve in a coupe glass. Garnish with two dehydrated peppers.
