Happy Easter & Spring Cocktails




Happy Easter everyone! Hope your day is filled with celebration, snacks, and possibly some Easter egg hunts. Take a "peep" at the photos of the cocktails we served at the Willamette Valley Cancer Foundation Adult Easter Egg Hunt yesterday: Bunny Painkiller, Butterfly Martini, and our classic Maple Old Fashioned. One will be included below, but you'll need to head to our post on our website for all three. The event was blooming fun and all for a great cause too. It sprang us right into the holiday spirit. So, hop on down to either our Portland tasting room or the Carlton Post, noon to 6, if you need anything to add to your Easter festivities. Cheers!


Bunny Painkiller

- 1 oz Pacific Rum

- 1 oz Pacific Spiced Rum

- 1.5 oz Pineapple Juice

- 1 oz Carrot Juice

- .5 oz Orange Juice

- 3/4 oz Coconut Cream


Place all ingredients into a martini shaker with ice and shake until frothy & chilled. Strain and pour over crushed ice in a tiki style glass. Serve with a skewered marshmallow peep for Easter fun.


Butterfly Martini

- 2 oz Bull Run Barrel Aged Gin

- 1 oz Elderflower Liqueur

- 1/4 oz Crème de Violette

- .5 oz Hibiscus Rose Simple Syrup


Pour all ingredients into a martini shaker with ice. Shake until chilled and pour into a martini glass with a big ice cube.


Maple Old Fashioned

- 1 oz Bull Run Carlton Rye

- 1 oz Bull Run Maple infused Whiskey

- 1/4 oz Maple Syrup

- 2 dashes Chocolate Bitters

- Orange Peel Garnish


Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice. Stir until nice and cold. Strain and pour over a big ice cube in a rocks glass. Use a peeler to peel a long strip from an orange. Bend and squeeze over rocks glass and place inside when done.
