Living in Oregon Wine Country has given us the opportunity to collaborate with some of the finest winemakers. As wine enthusiasts ourselves, and with unique barrel finishing being one of our greatest passions, it has helped our program reach new heights. And since today is National Pinot Noir Day, we have to take a moment to highlight our Pinot Finished American Whiskey. Our current batch, aged 15 years, spent 4 months in Pinot Noir casks sourced locally from the Dundee Hills. So let's break out the Pinot Finished and have a little toast…cheers!
