Bitters & Bottles Barrel Picks: 7 Year Nocino Rye & 17 Year Pinot Finish

Here are two barrel picks from Bitters & Bottles that are worth your attention.

The first is a 7 Year Nocino Finished Rye that spent 7 years in American oak before finishing in nocino casks from Stone Barn Brandyworks. The very first Nocino Finish Rye aged in their barrels. The result is "layers of walnut, spice, and herbal complexity" with a finish that's "long and warming, with persistent spice balanced against nutty sweetness and herbal warmth."

The other? After seventeen years in American oak, this American Whiskey rested in Oregon Pinot Noir casks for an additional 39 months. Bitters & Bottles says to expect "dark cherry, plum, and red fruit" complemented by vanilla, caramel, and warm spice, with a finish that's "impressively long and velvety."

Head to our Custom Barrel Program page to explore picking one of your own. If you want to get to know these bottles more or grab one for yourself, find them at Bitters & Bottles below. Cheers!
