Our Maple Whiskey is a 7 year whiskey aged in ex-bourbon barrels, then infused with Macintosh Hill Maple Works’ Vermont maple syrup after it spent over a year aging in our own whiskey barrels. It earned a Double Gold at the 2025 SIP Awards and makes one hell of a Maple Old Fashioned. Just add ice and a dash of orange bitters.
