New Stickmen Release: Vermouth and Nocino Finished Bourbon

Our third collaboration with Stickmen Brewing is finally here: Vermouth and Nocino Finished Bourbon! We blended 75% Chinato Vermouth barrel finished bourbon with 25% Nocino barrel finished bourbon. The Chinato barrel came from Cana's Feast Winery in Carlton, and the Nocino barrel from Stone Barn Brandyworks. Both bourbons aged 7 to 8 years before spending around four years finishing in their respective barrels. Inspired by the Paper Plane cocktail, just add Aperol and lemon juice for this one to take flight.

Starting tomorrow, you can taste and purchase at both of our tasting rooms. If you're visiting Stickmen McMinnville, you can also grab a purchase ticket and pick it up at either of our locations. More Stickmen locations to follow. Cheers!
