Pear of my Rye
Ingredients - 4 oz Carlton Rye Whiskey - ½ oz Heirloom Bottling Co. Forest Fig & Vanilla syrup - 1/2 a pear - ice - slice pear and rosemary for garnishing
Directions 1. Muddle the pear in the bottom of the cocktail mixer. Add ice. 2. Pour in Carlton Rye Whiskey and fig syrup over ice. Stir/shake well to combine. 3. Strain the cocktail over a glass cup. 4. Garnish with a slice of pear and rosemary.
