Aged 6 to 7 years in charred American oak through four distinct Oregon seasons, our Barrel Strength Bourbon comes straight from the barrel, uncut at 110+ proof. At full cask strength, every note from the barrel is bolder, with just enough rye to cut through the corn sweetness. Enjoy it as-is, or add a few drops of water to open it up.

Expect cherry wood with cedar tones and floral spice on the nose, magnified flavors of baked pie and rye bread on the palate, and a well-rounded finish of toasted cinnamon.
