With barrel finishing being such a strong focus of ours, choosing the right barrel is essential for our craft. Each barrel is carefully selected by our head distiller, Lee Medoff. That being said, the newest batch of our Pinot Noir Finished American Whiskey is finished in Flâneur Wines Pinot Noir barrels. With wine sourced from Ribbon Ridge and Chehalem Mountains AVAs in the Willamette Valley and a tasting room right here in Carlton, we knew this would be a perfect collaboration.
