Shamrock Shooters
What You Need
1 cup of Bull Run Single Malt
1 cup heavy cream or half & half
1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
2 teaspoons of matcha powder
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 package of small chocolate cordial cups
edible gold glitter spray
Directions
Combine heavy cream, condensed milk, matcha powder, and vanilla extract. Whisk together until smooth.
Slowly add in Bull Run Single Malt and continue whisking until well blended.
Begin prepping your chocolate cordial cups with edible glitter spray as your matcha Irish cream settles. (We’ve found the mixture to be the strongest right after being blended, and the flavor begins to soften out as it settles with time.)
Portion out the mixture into the chocolate cordial cups. This batch filled 8 small cups with plenty left over. It would make a great splash for your coffee or dessert!
