Why We Celebrate National Pinot Noir Day

It’s days like National Pinot Noir Day that remind us of how lucky we are to be living right here in Oregon Wine Country. We certainly haven’t been shy about our love for wine, its makers, and the barrel finishing process. It’s hard not to when it has helped bring to life some of our favorite spirits. Like our award-winning best-seller, Pinot Noir Finished American Whiskey. Currently aged at 17 years, you can find this celebration of wine and whiskey in our tasting rooms, at your favorite liquor store(hopefully), and online via Touch of Mexico.

It’s truly been a pleasure collaborating with local winemakers over the years, including our friends at Cana’s Feast Winery. Not only is their beautiful winery just a stone’s throw from our Carlton Post, but they helped us launch our very first barrel finished whiskey back in 2014. Our brand-new batch of Chinato Finished Bourbon will be featured alongside our Pinot Noir Finished American Whiskey this Sunday at Italy in the Valley.
